By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of the DMW GLP-1 Business Accelerator Program.

Enrollment is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed or approved through an authorized financing provider. Tuition covers the training and the materials specifically outlined in the course description. Any travel, lodging, meals, or other personal expenses are the responsibility of the student unless otherwise stated.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, participate professionally, and comply with all classroom policies. Certification requirements must be successfully completed in order to receive a certificate of completion.

All course materials, presentations, manuals, templates, videos, forms, and other resources are the intellectual property of Dyvine Medical & Wellness (DMW Academy) and are provided for the exclusive use of enrolled students. Reproduction, distribution, recording, sharing, resale, or unauthorized use of any course content is strictly prohibited.

Because students receive immediate access to proprietary business strategies, educational materials, and downloadable resources, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the DMW Academy Refund Policy.

DMW Academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, locations, or program content when necessary to maintain the quality of instruction. If a class must be rescheduled by DMW Academy, students will be offered enrollment in the next available session.

Participation in this program does not guarantee business success, income, certification by any governmental agency, employment, licensure, or specific financial results. Individual results depend on each student's effort, experience, implementation, market conditions, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The GLP-1 Business Accelerator Program is an educational business training program. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe medications, or establish a provider-patient relationship. Any discussions regarding GLP-1 medications are for educational purposes only. Clinical decisions and prescribing authority remain solely with appropriately licensed healthcare providers.

By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you electronically acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by all DMW Academy policies.

Yes! I would like to receive important updates, class reminders, exclusive training opportunities, business resources, promotions, and special offers from DMW Academy via email and text message. I understand I can unsubscribe at any time.

## Cancellation Requests

Students who cancel **14 or more calendar days before** the scheduled class start date may request one of the following:

* **Transfer** their enrollment to a future class date within **12 months** (one-time transfer at no additional charge), **or**
* **Receive a partial refund of tuition, less a $750 Administrative, Registration, and Digital Access Fee.**

The **$750 Administrative, Registration, and Digital Access Fee is non-refundable** and covers, but is not limited to:

* Immediate access to proprietary digital course materials
* Business templates, SOPs, and downloadable resources
* Student onboarding and administrative processing
* Reserved classroom seating
* Instructor scheduling and course preparation
* Learning platform setup and account activation
* Payment processing and transaction fees

Because these resources and services are provided immediately upon enrollment and cannot be returned, this fee is earned upon registration and is non-refundable.

## Digital Products & Immediate Access

Students receive immediate access to proprietary educational materials, digital resources, templates, business documents, videos, and other intellectual property upon enrollment. Due to the nature of these digital products and the inability to revoke knowledge or downloaded content, **all digital materials and digital access are non-refundable.**

Once digital access has been granted or course materials have been made available, refunds will not be issued for those materials under any circumstances.
